My Rating (out of 5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Felt good finding a book that for some weeks made me forget the tired religious explanation of how things, as we know it, came to be. This book made me understand that altruism and selfishness could actually pass for synonyms. The book also did make me understand that, in Dawkin language, we are nothing but pencils, or survival machines if you like, in the hands of our genes.
Some pages were not as interesting as the others, some pages, even way above my head but overall, The Selfish Gene was a very informative and illuminating read
