My Rating (out of 5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This book keeps its promise on what it sets out to accomplish: which is to aggregate scores of thinking fallacies and suggest methods to keep us aware of these errors and strategies to help mitigate their unintended consequences.

It was well-written. And I learnt a lot from its pages. Particularly knowing the technical terms of fallacies and scenarios I encounter very frequently.

That said, I found myself wanting more from this book’s chapters. Put simply, the book lacked depth. Which I think is by design. This, however, didn’t stop me from wanting more because of how clearly the author writes. To avoid disappointment, understand that this book offers little more than a collection of thinking fallacies. If you require more depth, look to Kahnemann’s Thinking Fast and Slow.
